All of our consultants are fully up to date on the Privacy Act, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC), National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP) and Responsible Lending Guidelines. They undertake regular refresher courses on these and other aspects of the mortgage and finance business. With the introduction of Certificate IV compliance as well PS 146 training, our staff are also able to help you with insurance and financial-planning solutions.
Mortgage Providers is a full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) as well as Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), and also holds an Australian Credit License (ACL).
