Our Recent Achievements

Pricing discount of 1.20% for a purchase and refinance

A client approached Mortgage Providers who had always banked with the same bank for the last 20yrs or so. He was looking at refinancing his 2 properties and purchase a third property. We negotiated on his behalf a 1.20% discount off the banks standard variable rate saving him approx $16,800 per annum compared to his previous loan. Client was so impressed he has referred many of his family and friends to us.

Special pricing discount and Waiving Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)

A client approached Mortgage Providers with a refinance and purchase scenario. As his existing owner occupier did not have enough equity, we managed to refinance his existing property and raise him a loan to a total of 85% LVR without the need to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance with a pricing concession off the bank’s standard variable of 0.99%. This combination saved the client approximately $4,800 in LMI with an additional $7,425 in annual interest savings each year onwards.

$2 Million Dollar Hotel Purchase

With major lenders shying away from this particular region-we received a call from another broker who was desperate to get this approved.

When Mortgage Providers stepped in, we negotiated a rate at almost home loan rates pricing, with a loan to value ratio of 70% through one of the major Home Loan Lenders!

After going through a marriage break up, our client’s CRAA report was adversely affected. To many brokers, this posed a major problem that could not be overcome.
