Westpac was the first lender to enter the mortgage broking market in 1996.

Many lenders talk about their relationship with Brokers as “Third Parties” . Westpac instead describes this as a partnership and is committed to “building great business together” if we can’t be the customer’s first choice , we want to be the customers’ brokers’ first choice instead.
